PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
On July 14, 2026, the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner issued a Special Notice stating that a hearing will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 9 a.m. at the Oklahoma State Capitol, Multipurpose Room 100, 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
On July 29, 2026, the Independent Hearing Examiner issued an Order setting a deadline for the filing of entries of appearances. Any party wishing to participate in the hearing MUST file an entry of appearance with the Department by August 26, 2026. Entries of appearances can be emailed to OIDlegal@oid.ok.gov or hand-delivered or mailed to the Oklahoma Insurance Department, 400 NE 50th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
The Order also schedules a prehearing conference on August 27, 2026, for all parties who have entered an appearance.
