These entities are approved to transact business in Oklahoma within the guidelines of the Oklahoma insurance laws, rules and regulations. They are regulated to ensure that each will be able to meet its financial obligations to policyholders and creditors. Qualification is determined according to Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statues.
