We are pleased to provide you another alternative method for viewing Rate and Form Filings electronically. To view these filings remotely from your home or office computer, click on the following link: https://filingaccess.serff.com/sfa/home/OK

2. COMPUTER TERMINAL AT THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT

• Filings can be viewed by walk-in or through appointment using the computer terminal for public access data on SERFF (System for Electronic Forms Filing) located at the Insurance Department. Individuals making appointments will be given priority access to the SERFF computer. You may call 405-521-3681 to schedule an appointment.
• If you need to review a paper rate and form filing, please follow the Oklahoma Insurance Department’s Procedure for Requesting Records.
