Oklahoma Insurance Day Returns in 2026 With Expanded Sessions and Industry Experts
OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID) is excited to host the fourth annual Oklahoma Insurance Day on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2026, at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. This event brings together key players in the insurance sector to discuss the most pressing issues affecting Oklahoma’s insurance market and the industry nationwide.
“Oklahoma Insurance Day continues to grow as a key event for insurers, regulators and industry experts,” Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Glen Mulready said. “We’re committed to supporting innovation and consumer protections, and this event helps spark the ideas and collaboration needed to keep Oklahoma’s insurance market strong.”
The 2026 event will feature an expanded agenda with seven general sessions, two breakout sessions and more than a dozen expert speakers covering timely issues impacting today’s insurance marketplace. Attendees will have multiple networking opportunities throughout the day to connect with peers, share knowledge and build new professional relationships.
Highlights include an exclusive keynote conversation featuring former Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating and Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum Executive Director Kari Watkins, who will reflect on leadership, resilience and the enduring impact of the Oklahoma Standard.
