On July 14, 2026, the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner issued a Special Notice stating that a hearing pursuant to 36 O.S. § 984 as to whether the Oklahoma homeowners insurance market is noncompetitive will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 9 a.m. at the Oklahoma State Capitol, Multipurpose Room 100, 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
The Independent Hearing Examiner has issued an order rescheduling the hearing for October 26, 2026 at 9 a.m. at the Oklahoma State Capitol, Multipurpose Room 100, 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
