Board meetings are open to the public under the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act, 25 O.S. §§301-314, except for Executive Sessions as contemplated by 25 O.S. §307. Board meeting agendas are posted no later than 24 hours in advance on the REAB website, www.reab.oid.ok.gov.
Disciplinary hearings are open to the public under the provisions of the Board’s Administrative Rules, OAC 600:10-1-8, except that witnesses may be excluded under the witness exclusion rule.
