Oklahoma Insurance Department Responds to INTEGRIS Health Announcement
OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID) welcomes the announcement that INTEGRIS Health has entered into an agreement to become part of Risant Health, a nonprofit organization focused on improving access to high-quality, affordable healthcare.
“INTEGRIS has served Oklahoma families for many years, and I’m pleased to see opportunities for continued investment in healthcare across our state,” Mulready said. “Our hope is that this partnership will lead to better access to care and more affordable healthcare for Oklahomans.”
For patients, the announcement does not change patients’ current insurance coverage. Existing network agreements between INTEGRIS Health and insurance carriers remain in place, and INTEGRIS will continue operating under its current name and leadership.
The agreement is pending regulatory approval. While the Oklahoma Insurance Department does not have authority over transactions between health systems, it remains available to help consumers with questions or concerns about their insurance coverage.
