Classroom Course

    1. Course description with objective statement
    2. Course material content– may include workbooks, manuals, handouts, PowerPoint slides, speaker notes, etc.
    3. Detailed timed outline (see Example of a Timed Outline below)

Video (Recorded)

  1. Course description with objective statement
  2. Course material content – may include transcript of video, workbooks, manuals, handouts, PowerPoint slides, speaker notes, etc.

  5. Current detailed timed outline (see Example of a Timed Outline below) if requesting Classroom, Video or Webinar as the delivery method

4 hours or less = time increments of 5 to 10 minutes

5 hours or more = time increments of 5, 10, and/or 15 minutes
