Solar-Ready Roofs

Your solar panels may already be compatible with a FORTIFIED roof — meaning added protection without starting from scratch! Solar panels on your roof must meet the FORTIFIED Hail Supplement standards. Your contractor will sub-contract with a solar company to assist in this part of the project. If your solar panels do not meet the FORTIFIED standards, you also have the option to ground mount them in order to maintain a FORTIFIED roof, receive grant funds, and be issued a FORTIFIED certificate.
