An instructor resume or bio is considered the instructor application and is required to be submitted via the provider’s SBS Online CE account at least 14 days prior to offering a course. You can view the status once submitted via SBS Online CE Account. An instructor shall have one of the following qualifications as documented in the resume:

  • three (3) years recent experience related to the subject
  • a degree related to the subject
  • two (2) years recent experience and twelve (12) hours of college and/or vocational-technical school credit hours

Process

  1. Submit instructor application 14 days prior to use
  2. Attached resume or bio that supports their qualifications
  3. Check primary contact’s email account for an OID email request for additional information
  4. Allow 5 business days for the application to be reviewed then check your SBS account for the instructor status

  • Under Step 1: Select your jurisdiction: select Oklahoma from the pull down box
  • Click on Login to SBS for Organizations and enter your information
  • Your SBS account screen will be displayed, scroll to the Education Providers section and click on Go To Dashboard
  • Click onInstructor Original Application and continue through the application process, upload required material then submit

Amend a Pending Application

  • AccessState Based Systems
  • Under Step 1: Select your jurisdiction: select Oklahoma from the pull down box
  • Click on Login to SBS for Organizations and enter your information
  • Scroll to the bottom and click on the Oklahoma entity to access the Provider Summary
  • Scroll down to the Pending Instructor section and click on the instructor name to open the application
  • Under Attachment Details, click on the + sign to upload additional documents
  • To ensure the application is reviewed promptly, email the OID reviewer to inform them that the material has been revised
