The Oklahoma Insurance Department Communications Division is tasked with increasing awareness and communicating information about insurance related issues and events to share with consumers, agents, companies, lawmakers, and the media.
The division’s priority is to build confidence and trust in the Oklahoma Insurance Department and the office of the Insurance Commissioner. Our hope is to become a resource and provider of consumer education and to raise awareness of the Oklahoma Insurance Department.
We are determined to communicate the services the Oklahoma Insurance Department provides in an open, accountable and positive way. Collateral materials, public events and contact with the media are examples of the vehicles used to help deliver the overall product to the public.
